• Seat Deposit Reservations: If you chose the “Seat Deposit” option, your spot is guaranteed immediately upon deposit confirmation. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days before departure.
• Accepted Payment Modes: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Visa/Mastercard/RuPay Credit & Debit cards, NetBanking, and verified corporate wallets.
• Instant Invoices & Vouchers: Once payment succeeds, an automated confirmation receipt and digital voucher with operator emergency contacts will be dispatched to your registered email and WhatsApp.
Health, Weather & Force Majeure

• Medical Readiness: High-altitude itineraries require basic physical stamina. Please inform your trip leader prior to departure of any pre-existing medical conditions, respiratory ailments, or dietary restrictions.
• Natural Disruptions (Weather/Landslides): If an unforeseen event (heavy snowfall, landslide, roadblocks) impedes the planned itinerary, our certified local leaders will arrange the best safe alternative route. Any unused nights or permits are adjusted per operator discretion.
• Mandatory ID Proof: All Indian travelers must present an original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, or Passport). Foreign nationals require an active Indian visa and valid passport copy for checkpoint permits.
